Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

Warranty Period: 5 Year from Date of Purchase

1. Warranty Coverage
Made in Ply warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Customer”) that its furniture products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase.

2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to:
  • Structural integrity of products.
  • Manufacturing defects in wood or laminates.
  • Hardware (e.g. hinges, drawer glides) under normal use.
3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or negligence (e.g., dragging, dropping, or standing on furniture)
  • Exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by pets, spills, or improper cleaning products
  • Any modification or unauthorized repair of the product
  • Commercial, rental, or institutional use (unless explicitly stated)
4. Remedies
If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion:
  • Repair the defective part
  • Replace the item (or a comparable substitute, if the exact item is no longer available)
  • Refund the original purchase price
Note: Repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

5. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To file a claim, the Customer must:
