As our products are individually made to measure/made to order they cannot be returned or refunded. We provide drawing(s) for all orders ahead of production. This allows the customer to make any small changes to the order and ensures we get things exactly as required. It is the customer’s responsibility to check these. Once the drawings have been approved, the product is sent to production and therefore no further changes can be made. If you have not yet approved the order and thus it has not yet been sent to production you can request a full refund minus a 5% admin/design fee.
If your order arrives and is not as per the approved drawings we will provide a replacement(s) as soon as possible.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery. You must inspect your item upon delivery and report it to us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide replacement parts as soon as possible.
Should you have any problem with your order as explained above, then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID and photos if applicable. Each case is examined and dealt with accordingly.
